“REVISED”

BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED that on this 30th day of June, 2011 pursuant to the minutes of the June 30th, 2011 meeting of the “Board of  Directors” amends the original By-Laws, created on January 1, 2008 to state the following:

 

Article XI

SECTION 8 EFFECT OF NONPAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS – REMEDIES OF THE ASSOCIATION,

  1. Any assessments which are not paid when due shall be delinquent.  If the assessment is not paid within thirty (30) days after the due date, a late fee of $25.00 will be assessed.

 

The Association reserves the right to adjust the annual assessment of Ascension Trace Subdivision on an annual basis; said adjustment being determined by the then Consumer Price Index as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor-Bureau of Labor Statistics (www.bls.gov/cip/) not to exceed 3 percent per fiscal year.

I the undersigned do hereby certify:

 

That I am the duly elected and acting secretary of the Ascension Trace Homeowners Association, and that the above By-Laws of the Ascension Trace Homeowners Association are the revised By-Laws as of June 30, 2011.
