About Us

The Ascension Trace subdivision consists of 271 single family homes, and is located near the intersection of HWY 22 and HWY 44 in Darrow LA (Ascesion Parish).

We're the Ascension Trace Homeowners Association, a volunteer group made up entirely of single-family residential property owners like you. The Homeowners Association is here to protect our community from excessive growth, inappropriate development and other homeowner concerns.

If you're like us, you chose to live in Ascension Trace because of its quiet residential lifestyle. You made a substantial investment in your property, one that depends on keeping Ascension Trace an exceptional community.

You and the Ascension Trace Homeowners Association can do what an individual homeowner can't always do.
